We value your trust in our products and have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to trial your product and if you are not satisfied, please contact us for a return authority and a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, simply tell us your reason why. We think we've covered everything in our development and testing, but would like to know if there's any ways to improve. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

12 Month Quality Guarantee
Our products go through strict quality control but sometimes issues can arise. Our product is covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects and faults. If you have an item that you believe to be faulty, please contact us for a return authority for inspection. If the item is assessed and considered to be faulty, TheRY to offer an replacement, exchange for another product or refund.. Please note, items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact us to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted your original purchase is refunded.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
