Refund policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We value your trust in our products  and have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee policy.  You have 30 days after receiving your item to trial your product and if you are not satisfied, please contact us for a return authority and a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, simply tell us your reason why. We think we've covered everything in our development and testing, but would like to know if there's any ways to improve. Often we have found that checking the size chart for the right fit rectifies the issue. 

If you have bought more than one item, we are happy to refund the first product you try and the others only if they in the same condition you received them. They are unworn, unopened and in original packaging.  Please try one pair first to make sure you are satisfied.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@therygroup.com. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and item must be bought from our store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns must be sent to us within 7 days of receiving your return authorisation.

We take no responsibility for unauthorised returns and the goods returned without approval.

12 Month Quality Guarantee 
Our products go through strict quality control but sometimes issues can arise. Our product is covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects and faults. If you have an item that you believe to be faulty, please contact us for a return authority for inspection. If the item is assessed and considered to be faulty, TheRY can offer an replacement, exchange for another product or refund. Please note, items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Gift cards not redeemable for cash.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact us to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted your original purchase is refunded. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus return postage. These are usually processed  within 7 days of return.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
