Do you experience numbness, tingling, discomfort, or swelling in your wrists or fingers? These symptoms can result from carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, or repetitive strain injury (RSI). That’s why we created the Helping Hand Compression Wrist Sleeves—to provide targeted support and relief.

For Pregnancy:
Pregnancy often triggers carpal tunnel syndrome due to hormonal changes that increase fluid retention, causing swelling in your hands. Everyday tasks like holding objects or typing may feel more challenging as your wrists and fingers ache or stiffen.

For Postpartum:
Postpartum, "mother's wrist" (De Quervain's tenosynovitis) is a common strain caused by repetitive motions like lifting or feeding your baby. Your hands may feel weak or clumsy when performing essential tasks such as diaper changes or cuddling your newborn.

Support for Every Stage:
The Helping Hand Compression Wrist Sleeves offer firm yet comfortable compression to stabilize your wrists and ease thumb and joint discomfort caused by inflammation. Designed with flexibility and support in mind, these sleeves help you perform daily tasks with less strain—whether you're managing motherhood or dealing with everyday wrist discomfort.

Take the weight off your hands and let the Helping Hand Wrist Sleeves do the work.

Really helpful

I bought this sleeve to support my wrist as I have problems with the carpal tunnel. It’s helping a lot. It’s just the right amount of pressure and I can keep it on for extended periods of time, particularly when I’m working.

Carpal Tunnel Relief

Purchased in early postpartum to assist with pregnancy carpal tunnel, which unfortunately got worse post birth. Compression sleeves are a great fit and take the pressure off, especially with the awkward wrist positions when handling baby.

I have De quervains - wore a hard splint for 6 weeks and had cortesone inj. But pain returned a few weeks after inj. I'm finding the sleeve is helping with my pain. hopefully I won't have to have an operation as suggested by the doctor
