SIZE GUIDES
Find Your Perfect Fit
To get the full benefit of TheRY’s graduated medical-grade compression, precision is key. Our garments are designed to support circulation, reduce swelling, and promote recovery — but they need to fit just right to do their job.
Here’s how to measure for your perfect size:
Step 1: Strip back
For the most accurate fit, wear only your underwear while measuring. Ask someone to help — it’s much easier and more accurate with a second set of hands.
Step 2: Measure accurately
Stand comfortably and use a soft tape measure. Each product has a key measurement to guide your size:
a) Leggings & Shorts
Stand upright with your heels together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips — across your bottom and over the pubic bone. The tape should be snug but not tight.
b) Socks
Measure around the widest part of your calf. This ensures the graduated compression zones apply pressure correctly to support circulation and reduce swelling.
c) Wrist Sleeves
Measure the circumference around your wrist crease. The fit should feel snug but not restrictive to effectively relieve tension and swelling.
Tip: Don’t rely on your usual clothing size. Because our garments are medical-grade, the right fit directly impacts the level of support and results you’ll experience — and clothing sizing can vary widely between brands and countries.
Step 3: Choose based on your current measurements
You can measure at any point in your pregnancy or postpartum journey. Choose your size based on your current measurements — our fabric is engineered to grow or contract with you.
If you’re between sizes or prefer a softer feel, size up for comfort. Our compression garments are designed to feel firm at first, but will mould to your body within 1–2 weeks of wear.
Because when compression fits properly, it works properly.
