Return & 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible TheRY products. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return, exchange or refund within the timeframes below.


Return windows

  • TheRY Compression Garments (Leggings, Shorts, Bodysuit) – 30 days
  • Compression Socks & Wrist Sleeves – 14 days
  • Underwear – Final sale (no returns for hygiene reasons)


Conditions

All returns must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In as-new condition
  • With all tags attached and original packaging

If you purchase multiple of the same item, you may try one. All additional items must be returned unused and unopened.


Refunds

  • Shipping, duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • If your original order qualified for free shipping or a bundle/volume discount, your refund will be adjusted if the return reduces eligibility.

Garments must be cared for as per TheRY’s care instructions or the Satisfaction Guarantee may be voided.


How to return
Email info@therygroup.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Items sent without authorisation will not be accepted. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards. Gift cards not redeemable for cash.

For hygienic reasons, underwear is considered a final sale and cannot be returned.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact us to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted your original purchase is refunded.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus return postage. These are usually processed within 7 days of return.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Delivery
Our orders are shipped via reputable carriers and are trackable. If you have not received your order or there is a problem with your tracking number, please contact us at info@therygroup.com with your order number and details.

If a parcel has been deemed delivered by the carrier to your address, we take no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels and cannot offer refunds. You can contact the carrier directly for help who can help trace the parcel. 

In the case your parcel had an attempted delivery, was redirected by you, and was waiting at a postal office for your collection, you bear the responsibility for the collection. If the parcel is returned to us due to non collection, you may be charged a for the delivery or redelivery fees. 


Coupon Codes
Only one (1) coupon code or promotional offer can be applied to a single transaction. Multiple coupon codes or offers cannot be combined or used in conjunction with each other on the same order.
