These are amazing! They have been an absolute life saver during my pregnancy with prolapse and avulsion. I couldn't stand at the end of the day without them. They lift in all the right places and provide much more support to the perineum than any other support underwear I've tried. I like that they are low waist as I can't wear anything tight around my stomach, and they are pregnancy friendly. As others have said, they can be a bit tight around the legs but they do ease up a bit after a bit of wear and tbh it's worth the support they provide.
