When can I start wearing the prenatal leggings and how long can I wear them for?
The leggings are designed with an expandable belly panel so you can get the most out of them. You don't have to wait to wear them. From as early as week 12, graduated compression can assist with circulation - your heart needing to work harder to increase blood flow through you to the placenta and your growing baby.
TheRY compression leggings are rated at 15-20mmHg and is suitable for all day wear.

I've heard that compression can be beneficial but they can be too hard to put on, especially with a big belly when bending and moving is more difficult?
We know everything can get harder at later stages of pregnancy especially with a growing belly. This can also be the case if you are recovering from surgery postpartum. We created the products with this in mind. Our leggings and socks are both easy to get on and off - but are so comfortable you'll want to live in them. The socks have extra stretch through the footbed and the leggings have zips at the ankle to make them easier to pull on and take off.
What is the best way to put on TheRY garments?
We have chosen specific fabrics and yarns for greater comfort for our products but there are some added tips to get them on with ease.
TheRY leggings they are easier to put on from a sitting position. Unzip both legs, and you will put them on one foot at a time. Bunch up one leg of the leggings as you would when putting on stockings using your thumb and forefinger. Put your first foot through the leg until the bottom of the legging has passed through the foot and heel. Repeat with the other foot. From here you can stand and pull the leggings up and adjust so they fit properly up to your crotch, before pulling up the belly panel. Sit back down to zip up the zips if you are finding it hard to bend. The zips make this legging much easier to get on and off. For both the leggings and the socks, the key is to get the product over your heels before you start trying to pull it up. Also make sure your skin is dry.

Can I wear your pregnancy tights after I give birth?
Yes, you will be able to. You will still benefit from the graduated compression through the legs postpartum. If you are looking for abdominal support pos-birth, we recommend our Restorer Postnatal Support leggings that have a targeted compression [anel to support your core.
The prenatal leggings have NO compression in the belly panel as it is not advisable to have compression across your belly during pregnancy.
What is the difference between the Pregnancy and Postpartum leggings? Can I just buy one for both?
While you can wear the pregnancy leggings (Saviour Maternity Legging) postpartum, you won't receive the specific recovery benefits for your abdominal muscles that are featured in the postpartum leggings (Restorer Postpartum Support Legging).
Conversely, we do not recommend wearing the postpartum leggings during pregnancy as there is no room for your belly to grow and they feature moderate targeted compression panels to help support your abdominal recovery that could potentially be detrimental to your growing baby.
We recommend purchasing both pairs to experience the full range of benefits throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey. Each pair is designed to provide optimal comfort, support, and recovery at the appropriate stage. They share many fabric technologies and style similarities, below are the differences.
Key differences between the two -
Pregnancy Leggings:
- Designed to support your body throughout your entire pregnancy.
- Features graduated compression to improve blood flow and circulation, which is essential for your baby's development (maternal blood flow to placenta feeds and nourishes your baby).
- Flexible belly panel grows with your belly from the first to the third trimester (even with multiples!).
Postpartum Leggings:
- Specifically designed to aid in postpartum recovery, particularly for diastasis recti and C-section healing.
- Features targeted compression through the belly to support your abdominal muscles as they realign.
- Provides comfort and support for C-section recovery, including avoiding seams near the incision.
Powered By Graduated Compression To Increase Blood Flow
TheRY leggings feature graduated compression, scientifically tested and medically graded at 15-20mmHg, to help increase blood flow and circulation.

Many women are unaware that their circulation is poor. Your pregnant body is working harder than ever and needs to deliver more oxygen & blood to both you & your growing baby.

Maternal Blood Flow Is Vital To The Growth And Development Of Your Unborn Baby.
At 12 weeks the placenta is formed and takes over to deliver essential nutrients from maternal blood flow through the umbilical cord to your unborn baby. It also functions to help remove waste products.
For this reason good blood flow is vital to the growth and development of your unborn baby. To learn more about the role of the placenta and the importance of blood flow to baby you can read more in our blogs.
65% Of Pregnant Women Suffer From Swollen Legs Ankles, Leg & Feet

It can be worse in summer or you've been standing or sitting a lot. The pressure of your growing womb can also affect the blood flow in your legs. Graduated compression helps to improve blood flow and the removal of waste fluids.
