Terrible customer service

I had a very disappointing experience with TheRY Group. Despite sending multiple emails seeking assistance, I never received a single response. It’s incredibly frustrating when a company completely ignores their customers. To make matters worse, after weeks of silence, they had the audacity to send me an email asking to leave a review on Google. Well, here it is: the customer service is abysmal. If they can’t even respond to basic inquiries, I can’t imagine how they handle more serious issues. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Terrible experience.
