Wish I found these sooner!’

I recently travelled internationally and was recommended to buy a pair of the leggings and socks for the flight. They absolutely saved me not on only on the flight but also for my entire three week trip. The support I got from the leggings made walking so much easier and by the end of the day my usual swelling was non existent. I would definitely recommend to anyone during pregnancy not only for travel but just for everyday movement.

Maternity Compression leggings

Comfortable fabric however they do not provide sufficient compression all the way up the leg. I sized appropriately and still have to pull them up throughout the day

Hi Athena. The leggings sliding may be due to if the leggings have not been pulled up and adjusted from the lower leg. If you only pull from the waist there won’t be enough fabric to stretch in the upper leg and through to the crotch Because compression is tight it will want to pull back.
The trick for compression leggings is to make sure you put them on coorectly and they need to be put on like stockings. Make sure you have put the leggings on properly on your lower legs first before pulling up. You need to pull up and adjust the leggings starting from your lower legs first and continue to pull and adjust up. We will reach out directly understand any other issues and make sure you are in the right size. Thanks

Wow just wow!

I've tried ALOT of maternity leggings now trying to find the right fit and feel as I often hate the material that is used. But am so glad I stumbled across these leggings. Not only do they feel fantastic but they stay up. I could literally live in them. I will be buying more.

AMAZING

These leggings are incredible quality, buttery soft and stretchy. I'm 34 weeks pregnant, 5'2 and 143lbs and I ordered them because I have major varicose veins through my entire right leg up to my pelvis. My normal size is medium so I ordered medium (despite the website warning in the description haha) and they are a bit too snug for my comfort however they have been providing tremendous relief for my varicose veins throughout the day. I did order a large and a pair of the PP leggings because I love them. Oh and pockets omg thank you!!

Comfy!

These are a perfect balance of being comfortable and supportive. I also like that they are matt, so it's easy to style them like normal leggings! Making my pregnancy feel much more supported.

  • About 65% of pregnant women suffer from ankle, leg & feet swelling. Your body is holding more water than usual & extra fluid gathers to your lower legs & feet. It can be worse in summer or you've been standing or sitting a lot. The pressure of your growing womb can also affect the blood flow in your legs.

For this reason good blood flow is vital to the growth and development of your baby. Frequently asked

When can I start wearing the prenatal leggings and how long can I wear them for?

The leggings are designed with an expandable belly panel so you can get the most out of them. You don't have to wait to wear them. From as early as week 12,  graduated compression can assist with circulation - your heart needing to work harder to increase blood flow through you to the placenta and your growing baby.

TheRY compression leggings are rated at 15-20mmHg and is suitable for all day wear.

As with anything though, if at any point you are experiencing discomfort from wearing anything it is best to discontunue wear and seek advise.

I've heard that compression can be beneficial but they can be too hard to put on, especially with a big belly when bending and moving is more difficult?

We know everything can get harder at later stages of pregnancy especially with a growing belly. This can also be the case if you are recovering from surgery postpartum. We created the products with this in mind. Our leggings and socks are both easy to get on and off - but are so comfortable you'll want to live in them. The socks have extra stretch through the footbed and the leggings have zips at the ankle to make them easier to pull on and take off.

What is the best way to put on TheRY garments?

We have chosen specific fabrics and yarns for greater comfort for our products but there are some added tips to get them on with ease.

TheRY leggings they are easier to put on from a sitting position. Unzip both legs, and you will put them on one foot at a time.  Bunch up one leg of the leggings as you would when putting on stockings using your thumb and forefinger. Put your first foot through the leg until the bottom of the legging has passed through the foot and heel. Repeat with the other foot. From here you can stand and pull the leggings up and adjust so they fit properly up to your crotch, before pulling up the belly panel. Sit back down to zip up the zips if you are finding it hard to bend. The zips make this legging much easier to get on and off. For both the leggings and the socks, the key is to get the product over your heels before you start trying to pull it up. Also make sure your skin is dry.

How many hours can I wear compression garments for?

Our compression leggings and socks are designed with Class 1 grade compression so they can be worn all day or as long as they remain comfortable. Compression fits are firm but should never feel restrictive or cause pain. Compression garments can help prevent swelling and fatigue so you don't have to wait for symptoms to wear them.

There are cheaper products claiming similar benefits. Are TheRY products worth it?

As with anything you buy, there are products offered at different pricepoints. We wanted to turn the idea of cheap throwaway fashion on its head. We are committed to making quality products that have a reason for being, that look & feel good and are made to last so you get what you pay for. Not all brands are created equal or live up to their promises.

Not all compression is the same or researched. Look for TGA approved compression.

Our compression leggings and socks are graduated compression to helpwoth blood flow have been TGA approved. Our products come with a 12 month warranty from manufacturing defects, and also a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase in the first month, we don't want you spending money on something you won't wear, so contact us for a refund at info@therygroup.com

Are your leggings suitable to exercise in?

Yes. We made the leggings with versatility in mind. The leggings are made with a premium soft, lightweight fabric. This means they are light and breathable for exercise. Matte black and anti-pill, they have also tested and and are not see through - do your squats and down dog with confidence!

We also designed the leggings with subtle logos so you can also dress up for the office or wear as a base layer and dress down to lounge in. They are multi-purpose -  suitable for exercise, work, play and relaxing.

Can I wear your pregnancy tights after I give birth?

Yes, you will be able to. You will still benefit from the graduated compression through the legs postpartum. If you are looking for abdominal support pos-birth, we recommend our Restorer Postnatal Support leggings that have a targeted compression [anel to support your core.

The prenatal leggings have NO compression in the belly panel as it is not advisable to have compression across your belly during pregnancy.

What is the difference between the Pregnancy and Postpartum leggings? Can I just buy one for both?

While you can wear the pregnancy leggings (Saviour Maternity Legging) postpartum, you won't receive the specific recovery benefits for your abdominal muscles that are featured in the postpartum leggings (Restorer Postpartum Support Legging).

Conversely, we do not recommend wearing the postpartum leggings during pregnancy as there is no room for your belly to grow and they feature moderate targeted compression panels to help support your abdominal recovery that could potentially be detrimental to your growing baby.

We recommend purchasing both pairs to experience the full range of benefits throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey. Each pair is designed to provide optimal comfort, support, and recovery at the appropriate stage. They share many fabric technologies and style similarities, below are the differences.

Key differences between the two -

Pregnancy Leggings:

  • Designed to support your body throughout your entire pregnancy.
  • Features graduated compression to improve blood flow and circulation, which is essential for your baby's development (maternal blood flow to placenta feeds and nourishes your baby).
  • Flexible belly panel grows with your belly from the first to the third trimester (even with multiples!).

Postpartum Leggings:

  • Specifically designed to aid in postpartum recovery, particularly for diastasis recti and C-section healing.
  • Features targeted compression through the belly to support your abdominal muscles as they realign.
  • Provides comfort and support for C-section recovery, including avoiding seams near the incision.
