Love this belly band!

I’m 36 weeks pregnant and have been using this belly band for the past four weeks. It’s been a life saver! I’m suffering from pelvic girdle pain. I wear this band before going for walks, when cooking/doing house work, shopping etc. helps me feel much more supported and comfortable. Has definitely reduced my pain and helped me to keep active in the later stages of pregnancy.
I was using a tubi grip before getting this band, if you’re looking for something with more support, particularly for lower back and pelvic girdle pain, then I recommend this band.

Finally a lightweight option!

My husband bought this for me pregnant with bubba 3 to stop me complaining? My old belly band was thick, hot and hard to sit in, constantly undoing it. This is great! hardly feel it on.

Absolutely love the support, feel and look.

I wore TheRY relief maternity belly band throughout the later stages of my second pregnancy and it provided much needed back and belly support making me feel stronger, particularly when lifting and bending for my toddler. I have worn the Restorer Post Partum Compression Support leggings after both births and absolutely love the support, feel and look.

Highly Recommend!

As a pelvic floor physio I highly recommend this product. I have ordered a few to loan to clients with back and pelvic pain. So far I've had such great feedback! These belts are much less bulky, more breathable and comfortable than most other options on the market!

Winner 👍

Finally! I looked everywhere for a belly band that I could wear under clothes rather than a thick band on top for work, meetings, etc.
This is thin, lightweight, barely visible under clothes and super supportive. Highly recommend!

On average your belly Is growing about 1 cm each week, putting extra load on your body

On average you'll gain up to 2kgs during the first trimester, and about 0.5-1kg per week throughout the second & third trimesters. That’s a total of 12-16kgs over the course of your pregnancy. The extra weight puts more load on your body and can contribute to back, hip, pelvic & sciatica pain.

pregnancy back pain

An estimated 50-70% of women will suffer from pregnacy back pain

The weight gained throughout pregnancy adds pressure to the spine and lower back. Your centre of gravity can shift and it can become harder to maintain a proper posture that can lead to lower back pain.

Hormonal changes and the production of relaxin which relaxes the spinal and pelvic ligaments and joints for labour. This spinal relaxation can cause instability and can further cause lower back pain.

pregnancy hip pain

Up to 34% of women suffer from hip pain at some stage during pregnancy.
On average 43% of pregnant women are affected by pelvic girdle pain.

Prolonged pressure on your hip is the most common cause of hip pain during pregnancy. This can occur from laying on your side. It can also be caused by hip & pelvic instability (from from production of relaxin).

It can make it more difficult to move and walk and is common especially during the 3rd trimester.
